The mystery surrounding the Mars probe Beagle 2 can be solved more than 11 years after the doomed mission to the red planet in the UK failed.
Experts with access to photos from space say they have seen an image that suggests Beagle 2 probe was seen.
Recall the Beagle 2 probe was created by a group of British scientists and the project was carried out under the supervision of the late Professor Colin Pillinger.

I hope they found it.. this was one of those cases that fascinated me and I've always wonder what happened. The UK needs closure on it anyways

Most of it likely burnt up in the atmosphere. Pillinger was told it had insufficient shielding but ignored this and carried on regardless. In calculations on the re-entry the gravity of Earth rather than Mars was used. It was a poorly led project that was doomed to failure.
