Let's first have some evidence that CO2 is more than minimally responsible for the warming (which stopped around 1997). I think that is only fair since we're being asked to abandon our entire way of life.

just read an article that indicated this year is a most productive peak for maximum green growth and growing foods followed by last years peak for the same.
Here we have fissile energy nay sayers saying you can't use those fuels without any common sense to tell us what the cheaper and cleaner solution. Hyprocracy.

"Living in a dreamworld" does not even capture the naivete of this article. Not going to happen, never going to happen. Go to plan B, or C or D. Probably geo-engineering to remove CO2 is one practical hope, assuming this is necessary. reminds me of the old joke "To the economist, the real world is a special case", looks like it applies to "journalists" as well.
